About Me

I have been at Big Spring Lake since August of 2006.  Prior to that I worked in corporate accounting departments for eighteen years.  I really thought that I would retire from accounting but God had other plans! I cannot imagine doing anything else!  I love teaching!!!  For years, I have taught children's Sunday School and Mission classes and loved every minute of it.  For the first time in my life, I can say that I love my job!  Kindergarten is the most fun place to be.

I am married to Eddie Brown and have one daughter, Beth.  Beth is a junior at Albertville High School.  She is a member of the band and Center Stage and is the sunshine of my life! Having one child may be why I ended up teaching kindergarten ( I prayed for children!)
